Annotation

The journal initiates philosophical discussions and presents the results of the modern scientific and philosophical world outlook that are of great philosophical significance for the development of society, science and culture, for teaching philosophy in higher educational establishments as well as for research trajectories of philosophers and an interested audience. Philosophers, leading specialists in the field of modern knowledge and researchers working on dissertations are among the authors of articles published in the journal.

The journal "Context and Reflection: Philosophy of the World and Human Being" ("Kontekst i refleksiya: filosofiya o mire i cheloveke") was included in the "List of the peer-reviewed scientific journals, in which the major scientific results of dissertations for obtaining Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Sciences degrees should be published" in accordance with Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 793 of July 25, 2014 (as amended by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 560 of June 3, 2015 that was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 25, 2014 (registration No. 33863) and entered into force on December 1, 2015).

The journal is included in the international reference systems for periodicals and serials "Ulrich's Periodicals Directory" and "East View".

Archives of the issues are housed in full-text form in the electronic library of Russian Scientific Citation Index (RSCI).
